Didn’t receive one item I ordered.

I ordered (1 set) Id 10 ct. snowmen with top hats lights (Northlight FM91428 and have not received this item. My order number was. 560763. I did receive the other two items I also purchased with the snowmen lights. I tracked the USPS number and it said; your item was forwarded to a different address because the address or zip code was incorrect. How is that possible? So wherever my package went it will not to returned to me. This has been paid for. Tracking #. 940011****450494****60. Please check into this situation and let me know what is going to happen.

No Common sense in Preparing and Shipping Fragile Orders

In the past, my orders arrived in pristine condition, items are correct, prices are very competitive. That's the reason why I placed a large order of some large to medium-sized fragile figurines (14 pieces).

I waited until they're on sale and was excited to get my deliveries (came in three batch). I was frustrated and angered, not typical of me. All the boxes are either re-used, opened and re-taped. 1st batch, 5 items were delivered, 4 are damaged.

Second batch: 2 items are scratched as they put it in one box (why did they do that?), 1 more damaged. 3rd batch two fragile items were put together in one flimsy box, no Styrofoam or pellets, each was wrapped in plastic. The rest of the order came in individual flimsy boxes wrapped in plastic, all broken! Not exaggerating, who in the world would do this type of packaging?

Our house was full of ceramic/resin broken pieces and our trash box got full!

Waste of time and money. I demand a full refund, we'll see if they respond.

Do not buy from this company! They steal your money and never deliver your items!!! They even made me wait over a month just to pretend that they have no idea where my packages are. I was home all day the supposed date of delivery and I emailed them right away. Now they are only offering me a 20% refund. What kind of BS is that!??? this is disgusting!

I returned items for order number 536568, ordered on November 29 and received on December 3. I returned the items via UPS on December 5, and they were received on December 11 at 10:01 a.m. by Jose R. at your docking station. UPS tracking number 1Z3E125V036774****. I payed through Paypal and will file a complaint with them today. Please issue the refund ASAP.

I used my credit card to place an order but Christmas Centrals website declared there was something wrong with my address. There isnt.

I was lucky enough to find exactly the same item elsewhere and what do you knowmy order went thru with no problems. Im very upset because of the changes I went thru trying to buy these items from you. None of it made any dam sense. I will NEVER do business with you again.

The strange thing about all of this is, I have placed an order before and received my items previously without any issues but not this time.

Im trying to delete my account and please note, dont send me anymore advertisements. Good ridden!!

Didn't get a confirmation email when placing order want to make sure order was received

No answer dont understand why they dont answer what kind of a company is this? Keep calling them and it tells me that there isnt an available operator. First time placing an order from this company and it may also be the last one too if I dont get my issue resolved soon! Leads me to believe this company may be shady if no one answers and I didnt get a confirmation email when I placed my order! Angry
