DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SEND OUT BOGUS TRACKING NUMBERS WHEN THE INITIALED ORDER IS PLACED. This is what I left on the so call live chat...there is no live CHAT!

On 12/09 I called your company and left a voice mail regarding my ordered that apparently had not been shipped. This is what you sent to my email on 12/04 "We just wanted to update you and let you know that your order XXXXX has shipped via USPS-USPS.

Here is your Tracking Number (if available): XXXXXXXX." I placed the order on 12/03 and your site states it takes "Ground to the lower 48 states: 2-7 business days." This number turned out to be bogus to USPS & UPS when I tried it on both sites! I followed up with an email on 12/09 on your site to cancel my order on that same date I called. I have yet not had a call back from your company.

Today I get an email 12/11 stating I have a track number from UPS some place in Urbancrest, Ohio. When your company said it was shipped on 12/04. I have contracted Amex to dispute this order. I should have checked your company out before placing my order!!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $47.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
